These global perspectives influence the interior detailing, material selection, and spatial flow of each home Atelier delivers.

One of Logan’s proudest accomplishments is the adaptive reuse of a 19th-century church into 18 thoughtfully designed apartments. Honoring the building’s original craftsmanship, he preserved intricate historical elements while reimagining the interior for modern living—reflecting his commitment to design integrity, creativity, and adaptive excellence.

Leadership, Hobbies & Legacy

“The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.”
Steve Jobs

Andrew Friedman is Chief Executive Officer of Atelier Design, a Bucks County-based luxury general contracting and design firm known for delivering architecturally distinctive, high-quality homes. With 16 years of experience in construction management and real estate development, Andrew brings a powerful blend of technical expertise, operational leadership, and hands-on building experience to every project.

A Bucks County native, Andrew’s foundation in construction was built early—working in the trades during high school for a commercial contractor. From demolition and framing to masonry and site management, he gained firsthand experience in how great buildings come together. That early exposure shaped a career grounded in craftsmanship, discipline, and respect for the trades.

Andrew began his collegiate studies in physical therapy at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, but quickly returned to his true passion—construction. He launched AMF Construction in his early 20s and steadily grew it into a trusted name across the Philadelphia region, completing over 300 residential and commercial units across Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties.

Execution-Focused Leadership, From Start to Finish

At Atelier Design, Andrew leads all aspects of construction operations, ensuring each project is completed with precision, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to quality. From budgeting and preconstruction to final walkthroughs, Andrew is personally involved at every step—bringing both strategic foresight and field-tested knowledge to the table.

Among Andrew’s signature projects is a 14-unit luxury townhome development in the heart of Fishtown, Philadelphia—an example of his ability to blend urban design with refined craftsmanship. His largest project to date is a 102-unit multifamily development in Wynnefield, featuring plant-inspired interior design and sustainable building practices. This forward-thinking community stands as a testament to his ability to scale complex developments while honoring aesthetic and environmental goals.

His deep understanding of building systems, trade sequencing, and site coordination allows him to execute complex builds with efficiency and confidence. More than a contractor, Andrew is a true operator—someone who understands the full lifecycle of a project and takes pride in delivering homes that are as durable and functional as they are beautiful.

A Culture of Trust, Craft, and Consistency

Andrew is a leader who believes in earning trust the hard way—through clear communication, follow-through, and consistently excellent work. At Atelier Design, he’s cultivated a team of high-performing professionals who share his values: do it right the first time, never cut corners, and treat every home like it’s your own.

Whether managing a multi-million dollar estate or a large-scale multifamily build, Andrew leads with quiet intensity and a sharp eye for detail. His leadership is steady, his expectations are high, and his results speak for themselves.
